Delivery options

We make sure that you receive your item quickly and safely. The delivery options are specified when you check out and are different depending on where in the country you live.

For orders over SEK 299, we offer shipping. Otherwise, Standard shipping of SEK 79 is added within Sweden and SEK 199 for delivery in the rest of the world.
 

 The poster comes well packaged and we hope you will be satisfied.

Returns & complaints

In the unlikely event that you don't think the product turned out as well as you thought, you can of course return the product.

The return policy is simple: If you have changed your mind, you put the items back in the packaging and pay the return shipping. When the item reaches us, we pay back the money, excluding the return shipping, to your account. If, however, there is a fault with your item, please contact us,kontakt@sagoro.se, and we'll fix it. If you have made a personal poster, where you have uploaded your own photos, changed the color or something else, we are unfortunately unable to accept your return. If, however, there is something wrong with your poster, we will of course help you get a new one. 

If you return, please state why you are returning, we are both curious and want to improve. Some examples of reasons could be:
- I regretted it, it didn't turn out so well
- The poster was the wrong format or size compared to what I ordered
- The poster was the wrong color compared to the image online
- Other

Here are the complete return conditions:


1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


1.1 When purchasing goods on our webshop, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Sagoro of this within 14 days from when you or your representative received the ordered item (the cancellation period). The right of cancellation or exchange does not apply to personal posters that are personalized and printed to order. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were in when delivered to you. If the product has clearly been used, Sagoro has the right to make a deduction from the compensation.

1.2 If you want to cancel the purchase, you must, before the cancellation period expires, send a clear message to Sagoro in the manner specified here. You must enter your name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. If you do not want to use the above options for notification, you can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has produced (seewww.konsumentverket.se)

1.3 When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. The product must be returned within 7 days from the date on which the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was given to Sagoro. The item must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box. Returns must be made to Sagoro according to the methods and instructions specified on the webshop, you can find these here.

1.4 When you cancel your purchase, Sagoro will refund the amount you paid for the item, excluding delivery costs. From the amount to be refunded, Sagoro has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the item compared to the original value of the item, if and to the extent that such decrease in value is due to You having handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function.

1.5 Sagoro will repay the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days from the date Sagoro received your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, Sagoro may always delay the refund until Sagoro has received the item or you have shown that the item has been returned, e.g. through a submission receipt. The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose, provided that nothing else has been agreed or that there are obstacles to such refund.

2. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS


2.1 Some of Sagoro's goods may be covered by a warranty. Information about any warranty period and special warranty conditions for each product can be found on the webshop or in these Terms and Conditions. Warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after an own change to the function and appearance of the product, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. Your order confirmation is valid as proof of warranty.

2.2 The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. A customer who wishes to claim an error in an ordered item must contact Sagoro as soon as possible after the error is discovered via the contact details specified in the web shop. Complaints made within two months from when you discovered the fault are always considered to have been submitted in time. You have 1 year right of complaint on goods purchased from the web shop.

2.3 Sagoro is responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.

2.4 When the claimed product has been returned and the claim approved, Sagoro will compensate you in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Sagoro strives for this to happen within 14 days of Sagoroapproved the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the item. Sagoro reserves the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation.
